PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE: The Town will hold a public meeting on Jan. 22 at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 5684 Trafalgar Rd., to consider an update to the Community Improvement Plan (CIP). A CIP is an economic development tool and the adoption of the CIP is required for making incentive funding available through grants and loans to businesses and landowners for the purpose of property rehabilitation or improvements.
